Most
consumer data is compiled using information that already exists
in the public domain. The electoral register, census information
and shareholder files are typical sources of data and these are
invariably enhanced using sophisticated modelling techniques
which, although not perfect, typically produce an accuracy rate
of 80% - 90%.
Other
information is available via consumer questionnaires/lifestyle
surveys and these often provide a more detailed profile of the
individuals enabling you to select by people's interests,
hobbies, lifestyles and buying habits.
In
addition there are various compiled/response lists which
include magazine subscribers, exhibition attendees etc.
Whichever method is used to compile consumer data there will
always be flaws and although it could hardly be described as
an exact science our combination of 25 years experience
and good old common sense guarantees you the best possible
service.
The following is
by no means exhaustive and although all lists can be selected
geographically, some are fairly basic with little else in the
way of selection possibilities. Others, however, will have
various filters available enabling you to target your
potential customers with greater precision.
See below for a selection of frequently requested lists.
